I am a family of 7 and between my husband and 5 children we worn down our sofa's pretty good. Instead of replacing them I tried these covers. They fit perfect but instead of using the foam holders that come with the product I use dumbbells to keep them in place. I would use the cover on new sofas as well to keep them longer and keep cramp from falling into the sofas.
The fabric is soft and looks like original fabric for our sofa. You cannot tell if it is a cover.We washed it before use, so it is tested for washer and dryer and came out very good shape.Color is beautiful we picked stone blue it looks like grayish blue. Easy to use. Our cats loved it.I would definitely suggest this cover.
